ES EL MOMENTO DE ACTUAR
Es el momento de actuar. Como muchos temían Polaris se encuentra en una situación económica próxima al concurso de acreedores. Ha comunicado al Juzgado Mercantil que se encuentra negociando con sus acreedores bancarios de qué modo resolverán la deuda que tienen con éllos.
Disponen de un plazo de tres meses para llegar a un acuerdo, previsiblemente difícil.
De no llegar al mismo se iniciará el proceso concursal. Los afectados individuales deben posicionarse cuanto antes y formar una unión sólida para reclamar sus créditos. Son necesarias actuaciones urgentes.
Iremos informando de las gestiones e informaciones que vayamos obteniendo.

URGENT ACTIONS ARE NEEDED
Urgent actions are needed. Polaris is in an economic situation close to insolvency proceeding. Mercantile Court has been informed that the company is negotiating with its bank creditors how they will resolve the debt they have with them.
They have a three months period to reach an agreement, predictably difficult, or the bankruptcy process will begin.
The damaged clients must position as soon as possible and create a solid union to pursue their claims.
